Yes, we provide free shipping to over 200 countries worldwide. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be in one of those countries, we will contact you.
We offer FREE Shipping. Packages shipped from our manufacturers’ warehouses in Asia will be shipped through ePacket or EMS, depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our warehouse in US will be shipped through USPS.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping. Our main goal is to get your orders to you as fast as possible and if that means shipping items out separately – that’s what we will do.
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items were shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Once your order is posted out you will receive an email with your tracking info.
Yes, you will receive an email that contains your tracking information, once your order is shipped. If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation email with your tracking info within 5 days, please send us a message or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Not to worry, as long as you reach out to us immediately regarding the error in your address, we would be more than happy to change it for you. Just email us your full, correct address along with your order number and we would update your details for you. Please note that we have a 2-hour Change of Order Policy.

Our main goal is to get your orders to you as fast as possible, if that means shipping items out separately that’s what we will do! We have stock at located at different warehouses, so instead of shipping your order to one location before shipping it out to you we speed the process up by shipping it directly to you.
We offer a 100% money back guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we will process a refund for your returned item (s). Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
